First Kalimah: Tayyab (Purity)
لَا ٓاِلٰـہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُوْلُ اللّٰہِ
Translation: There is no god but Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ). Muhammad (صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم) is the Messenger of Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ).
Second Kalimah: Shahadat (Testimony)
اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّااِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَاشَرِيْكَ لَهٗ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهٗ وَرَسُوْلُهٗط
Translation: I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship but Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), He is Alone, He has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم) is His bondsman and Messenger.
Third Kalimah: Tamjeed (Glorification)
سُبْحٰنَ اللّٰهِ وَالْحَمْدُلِلّٰهِ وَلَا ٓاِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَاللّٰهُ اَکْبَرُط وَلَاحَوْلَ وَلَاقُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيْمِ ط
Translation: Glory be to Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ) and all praises be to Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), and there is no god but Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), and Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ) is the Greatest. And there is no power of abstinence from sins and no strength of good deeds except from Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), the Most High, the Most Great.
Fourth Kalimah: Tawheed (Unity)
لَاۤ اِلٰـهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَـهٗ ط لَـهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَـهُ الْحَمْدُ ط يُحْیِ وَ يُمِيْتُ وَ هُوَ حَیٌّ لَّا يَمُوْتُ اَبَدًا اَبَدًا ط ذُوالْجَلَالِ وَ الْاِكْرَامِ ط بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ ط وَ هُوَ عَلٰی كُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ط
Translation: There is none worthy of worship except Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ). He is only One. There is no partner for Him. For Him is the kingdom. And for Through Him is the Praise. He gives life and causes death. And He is Alive. He will not die, never, ever. He is Possessor of Majesty and Reverence. In His hand is the goodness. And He is Powerful over everything.
Fifth Kalimah: Istighfar (Penitence)
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰهَ رَبِّیْ مِنْ كُلِّ ذَنْۢبٍ اَذْنَبْتُهٗ عَمَدًا اَوْ خَطَأً سِرًّا اَوْ عَلَانِيَةً وَّ اَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِیْ اَعْلَمُ وَ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِیْ لَاۤ اَعْلَمُ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ وَ سَتَّارُ الْعُيُوْبِ وَ غَفَّارُ الذُّنُوْبِ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُـوَّةَ اِلَّا بِا للّٰهِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِيْمِ
Translation: I seek forgiveness from Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), my Lord, from every sin I committed knowingly or unknowingly, secretly or openly, and I turn towards Him from the sin that I know and from the sin that I do not know. (O Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ)!) Certainly, You are the Knower of the hidden things and the Concealer of the mistakes and the Forgiver of the sins. And there is no power of abstinence from sins and no strength of good deeds except from Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), the Most High, the Most Great.
Sixth Kalimah: Radd-e-Kufr (Rejecting Disbelief)
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِ نِّیْ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ اَنْ اُشْرِكَ بِكَ شَيْئًا وَّ اَنَا اَعْلَمُ بِه وَاَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا لَاۤ اَعْلَمُ بِه تُبْتُ عَنْهُ وَتَبَرَّأتُ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشِّرْكِ وَالْكِذْبِ وَالْغِيْبَةِ وَالْبِدْعَةِ وَالنَّمِيْمَةِ وَالْفَوَاحِشِ وَالْبُهْتَانِ وَالْمَعَاصِیْ كُلِّهَا وَاَسْلَمْتُ وَاَقُوْلُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَّسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ
Translation: O Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ)! Certainly, I seek protection with You from, that I associate partner with You anything and I know it. And I seek forgiveness from You for that I do not know it. I repented from it and I made myself free from disbelief and polytheism and the falsehood and the back-biting and the innovation and the tell-tales and the bad deeds and the blame and the disobedience, all of the sins. And I embrace Islam and I say (there is) none worthy of worship except Allah (عَزَّوَجَلَّ), Muhammad (صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم) is the Messenger of Allah.
